Yes. Designing is free: visitors get 3 designs a day and logged-in customers get 10 a day. You only pay when you order printed stickers.
Every design is generated at high resolution on a transparent background with a solid white border, which is exactly what a die-cut sticker needs. A real designer also checks the print file and emails you a proof before anything is printed, so you can request changes first.
