What resolution should I use for printing?
Download the SVG for print whenever possible — it’s a vector file that stays perfectly sharp at any size. If you need a PNG, 2048px prints crisp up to about 6.8" at 300 DPI. As a rule of thumb, keep printed QR codes at least 0.8" × 0.8" with a clear margin around them.
Do these QR codes expire?
No. These are static QR codes — the link or text is encoded directly into the pattern, so they work forever with no account, subscription, or service behind them. As long as the destination URL stays live, the code keeps working.
Can I use these QR codes commercially?
