Ordering
What is the minimum order quantity for stickers?
Our minimum order is 50 stickers for most products. For large format decals, you can order as few as 1 piece. This allows us to provide competitive pricing while accommodating both small and large orders.
How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website using our configurator tools. Select your product type (stickers, labels, or decals), customize your specifications, upload your artwork, and checkout. Our team will review your order and send a proof for approval before production.
Can I get a custom quote for large orders?

Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, we offer rush order options for urgent projects. Rush orders typically have a 1-2 business day turnaround. Contact us to discuss your timeline and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Production & Turnaround
How long does sticker printing take?
Standard production time is 3-5 business days after proof approval. This does not include shipping time. Rush orders can be completed in 1-2 business days for an additional fee.
What happens after I place my order?
After you place your order, our team reviews your artwork and specifications. We'll create a digital proof and email it to you for approval. Once you approve the proof and payment is confirmed, your order moves into production.
Do I need to approve a proof before production?
Yes, we send a digital proof for your approval before printing. This ensures the colors, size, and design meet your expectations. We won't print until you've approved the proof.
Artwork & Files
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS, and SVG files. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) are preferred for the best print quality, especially for logos and text. Raster images should be at least 300 DPI at final print size.
What resolution should my artwork be?
We recommend a minimum of 300 DPI (dots per inch) at the final print size. Higher resolution ensures crisp, clear printing. Low-resolution images may appear blurry or pixelated when printed.
Do I need to include bleed in my artwork?
Yes, please include 0.125" (1/8 inch) bleed around your artwork. Bleed ensures your design extends to the edge of the sticker without any white borders after cutting.

What color mode should I use?
CMYK color mode is recommended for the most accurate color reproduction. RGB files will be converted to CMYK, which may result in slight color shifts. We can provide color proofs if exact color matching is critical.
Materials & Quality
What materials are available for stickers?
We offer glossy calendar (standard), clear vinyl, matte vinyl, and metallic/holographic materials. Each material has different properties - glossy is vibrant and popular, clear is great for windows, and metallic provides an eye-catching reflective effect.
Are your stickers waterproof?
Our vinyl stickers are water-resistant and suitable for outdoor use. They can withstand rain, humidity, and general weather exposure. For extreme conditions or prolonged outdoor use, we recommend our outdoor-grade vinyl options.
How long do your stickers last?
Indoor stickers can last many years with proper care. Outdoor vinyl stickers typically last 3-5 years depending on sun exposure and weather conditions. UV-resistant inks help prevent fading.
Shipping & Pickup
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! You can pick up your order at our South Portland shop at 125 John Roberts Road, Suite 11. Local pickup is free and available Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. We'll notify you when your order is ready.
Where do you ship?
We ship throughout the United States. Being located in Maine, we offer fast delivery to all of New England - typically 1-3 days. Standard shipping to other US locations is 3-7 business days.
Is shipping free?
We offer free shipping on orders over $100. Orders under $100 have standard shipping rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Can you ship internationally?
Currently, we primarily serve the United States. For international orders, please contact us to discuss options and shipping costs.
