Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Sticker Supply Co.'s website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

Sticker Supply Co. provides custom printing services including:

• Custom stickers, labels, and decals
• Cannabis packaging labels
• Digital proof generation and approval
• Design services (where applicable)

Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You may also place orders as a guest without creating an account.

Orders and Payments

Pricing

All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices are based on current material costs and production capabilities. Volume discounts are available at specified quantity tiers.

Payment

Payment is required before production begins. We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit cards). All payments are processed securely.

Quotes

Quotes provided through our platform are valid for 30 days. Pricing may change after this period based on material costs or other factors.

Artwork and Files

File Requirements

You are responsible for providing:

• High-quality artwork files suitable for printing
• Properly sized designs with appropriate bleed areas
• Files in accepted formats (PDF, PNG, JPG, AI, etc.)

Intellectual Property

You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use all artwork submitted. You are solely responsible for ensuring your designs do not infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

File Storage

Uploaded files are stored for 365 days for reorder purposes. Approved proofs are retained permanently. You may request deletion of your files at any time.

Proofs and Approval

We provide digital proofs for all orders. By approving a proof, you:

• Confirm the design, colors, and specifications are correct
• Accept responsibility for any errors not corrected before approval
• Authorize us to proceed with production

Important: Once a proof is approved, changes cannot be made and production will begin. We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

Production and Turnaround

Standard production time begins after proof approval. Estimated turnaround times:

• Standard orders: 7-10 business days
• Rush orders: 3-5 business days (25% surcharge)

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, complexity, and material availability. Shipping time is additional.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Local pickup is available at our South Portland, ME location during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM).

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Custom Products

As custom-made products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds except in cases of:

• Manufacturing defects
• Errors made by Sticker Supply Co. (not customer-approved errors)
• Damaged products upon arrival (must be reported within 7 days)

Claims

All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. Claims must include photos of the defect or damage. We will reprint defective products at no charge or issue a refund at our discretion.

Color Accuracy

We make every effort to match colors accurately. However, we cannot guarantee exact color matching due to variations in:

• Monitor calibration and display settings
• File color spaces (RGB vs CMYK)
• Printing materials and substrates
• Natural variations in printing processes

Color proofs are approximations. For critical color matching, please contact us for a physical proof (additional charge may apply).

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sticker Supply Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Produce counterfeit or fraudulent materials
• Create offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others

We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel orders that violate these terms.

Compliance

Cannabis Products

If ordering cannabis packaging labels, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a licensed cannabis business in a jurisdiction where cannabis is legal
• Your use of our products complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Labels meet your jurisdiction's compliance requirements

We are not responsible for ensuring your labels meet specific regulatory requirements. You are solely responsible for compliance.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms of Service.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maine.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
